TERMS AND CONDITIONSAll contact with our customers is usually via e-mail - therefore if you have placed an order please check your e-mail regularly! How Do I Order?Ordering is easy! Simply follow instructions to choose the items you require. You can view your order at any time by clicking on the basket icon. During the checkout process you will be asked for various details pertaining to your wedding/event as applicable. You will also have the opportunity to advise us of anything you think we should know, eg, where the item can be left if you are out, changes to text etc. If you experience problems ordering please do not hesitate to contact us on 01227 730242 and we will help you. If it is the website that is causing the problem please, again, call us and your order can be sorted out over the phone. Which brings us to the next point - ordering options: 1. Online via the website 2. Over the phone 3. By post - simply phone, email or post your order with a cheque for the relevant amount including delivery. Once you have ordered, and payment has been accepted, you will receive an automated confirmation email from us detailing your order. You will also receive a payment confirmation email from Worldpay (if you paid by credit/debit card) or Paypal (if you chose that payment option). At a later stage you will receive an email from the nice lady in the office advising when your order will be sent. If your order is being sent via courier you will be given an exact delivery date (which can be changed if inconvenient). Payment OptionsRBS Worldpay is our payment processor for credit and debit card payments. Therefore please choose Worldpay as your payment option if you are paying by card. Your payment via Worldpay is highly encrypted, secure and private. We don t see your financial information at all. Once payment has been made you will receive an automated email from us detailing your order and a payment confirmation email from Worldpay. Paypal If you have a Paypal account you may wish to pay using that. Simply select Paypal as your payment option. Once ordering is complete you will receive an automated email from us detailing your order and a payment confirmation email from Paypal confirming your payment. Phone If you prefer you can order online but pay over the phone - during checkout there will be the option to choose phone payment. Alternatively you can find what you want in the shop and then do the whole ordering process over the phone. Worldpay will be used to process the payment, using the same high security and encryption as if you paid online. Once payment is made, your credit/debit card details will be destroyed. Cheque Finally, although going out of fashion these days, you can still pay by cheque. If you order online there will be the option to select cheque payment during checkout. We will thenreceive a copy of your order and can tie it up with the cheque when it arrives. Alternatively you can email or phone your order through and then send a cheque. Please make your cheque payable to The English Cottage Garden Nursery Ltd and send to Eggarton Cottages, Eggarton Lane, Godmersham, Kent, CT4 7DY. Delivery ChargesClicking the delivery image on the right will explain the delivery charges. We try to keep these as low as possible and often end up subsidising them a bit anyway! The delivery charge applied to your order will be displayed during checkout before your order is finalised so that you know exactly what you are paying. If you have any questions regarding delivery please call us on 01227 730242. Lead TimesPlain paper products are usually despatched same or next day. Branded items take a little bit longer depending on design and quantity. Orders of under 1000 generally take a couple of weeks or so – sometimes sooner if your need is urgent! Orders over 1000, please allow at least two to three weeks – final lead time will be confirmed when your order is made. REFUNDS/RETURNSDue to the personalised and individual nature of invites and favour orders, we regret refunds cannot be made unless the items are faulty in any way. However, there may be occasions when a refund is applicable and this will be applied at our discretion if necessary. For all other tiems, obtaining a refund is no problem at all! If you wish to return an item or exchange an item, that too is not a problem! SECURITYOur online shop operates in an extremely secure environment, using Worldpay as our payment processor for credit/debit card payments. Paypal payments are similarly extremely secure. Whichever option you choose for making your payment, you will be taken to their respective secure payment pages to complete your purchase. Data ProtectionRest assured that we do not share your details with anyone and your financial details are destroyed if you pay over the phone
